Leslee Bry (She/Her) is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) and the practice owner. Her expertise is focused on helping couples find their way back to one another by guiding them through the process of healing from past wounds to rebuild trust, attraction, friendship, and understanding. She is an expert at helping couples have fewer breakdowns in communication and is experienced in working with couples seeking support with everything from premarital work and infidelity to sexual revitalization from an affirming and sex positive perspective and more.

Leslee is also experienced and passionate about helping ENM (Ethically Non-Monogamous) and Poly couples explore ways to enhance communication and connection as well.

Moreover Leslee is well versed in helping her clients rebuild healthy relationships with themselves individually by helping them grapple with a plethora of concerns that are not limited to confidence, anxiety, dating, life transitions, grief, romantic, gender, and sexual identity work, chronic illness, shame, and low self esteem.

Leslee, despite being a proud LCMFT, is also excited to be able to offer board approved supervision to LCPC’s in the state of Maryland as a Non-LCPC board approved supervisor.

A Little More From Leslee:

Welcome! It may be helpful to know that I identify as multi-ethnic (White/Latina). I am also a "Navy Brat" and have a lot of experience with military culture, moving all over the place, and the challenges associated with having a core family member serve!

I am a“Terp” (if you know you know) and self proclaimed nerd, who loves sailing, scuba diving, video games, knitting, photography, coffee, Disney, travel, cats, and playing the drums. I am also a big fan of exclamation points! (You may have noticed!)

I have been described as warm, understanding, and compassionate and I enjoy incorporating humor and levity (when appropriate) in my work with clients. My approach to therapy is kind and gentle, while also being honest and constructive. I can’t wait to meet you and think it is a privilege to hear each and every one of your stories!
